We reserve the right to limit, modify, or discontinue any service offering at any time without prior notice, except where such modification would affect an existing confirmed booking.

3. Pricing and Menu Disclaimer

Prices, menu items, and service packages displayed on our website or in our marketing materials are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Menu availability may vary based on season, ingredient availability, and event logistics. Final pricing and menu selections are confirmed in the signed Service Agreement and are not guaranteed until that agreement is executed.

Starting prices and “from” pricing referenced on our website represent entry-level configurations and do not include all potential add-ons, travel fees, overtime charges, or custom requests.

4. Allergen and Dietary Disclaimer

IMPORTANT — Please read carefully. Rose and Roasted LLC prepares specialty beverages containing ingredients that may cause allergic reactions in some individuals, including but not limited to:

Actual service presentation may vary based on venue constraints, event logistics, and seasonal ingredient availability. Portfolio images should not be construed as a guarantee of identical results at your event.

7. SMS and Communications Disclaimer

Rose and Roasted LLC is not responsible for undelivered, delayed, or misdirected SMS or email communications resulting from carrier issues, incorrect contact information provided by the recipient, spam filters, or other technical failures outside our reasonable control.
